Tomorrow I will release my complete preseason SEC rankings with another poll to see where you guys stand.

Its going to be a close race...thats for sure. If our defense does not improve at least a little bit from last season then I would have to give the edge to UGA, tough schedule or not.
But I think we will see some significant improvements on that side of the ball this year.
As good as Floridas offense was last year and as strong of a second half as UGA had last season, I need not remind you guys that Tennessee won the SEC east. Not UF & not UGA(as many probably would have suspected)
Nothings a sure bet in this conference. As for me, Im taking things one game at a time this season.

^^ditto. I think UF's offense is going to be scary-good if they can smoothly work in a bona-fide rushing attack instead of just relying on Tim Tebow QB draw right, Tim Tebow QB draw left or Tim Tebow QB draw middle. Not being able to use him against UGA as they did against just about everyone else they played was a huge factor in that game. I'm not saying they definitely would have won if he was 100% but it definitely had an effect.

I think we're in for yet another exciting and unpredictable season in the SEC.

He's picking UF vs. Bama in the SECCG, just like me. Sounds like a smart dude! :)

I completely agree with what's been said. Tebow's injury didn't cost us that game as much as the pass defense; but to say it didn't limit our offensive capabilities, when he was our leading rusher and his ability to pass is helped by that, is completely ridiculous. They got to T-off on him, and did. Quality RB's will help in that regard enormously; but, as has been said, it's the pass defense that needs to have improved. If all those freshman DB's and safeties learned anything at all from a year of experience, there's going to be trouble. Can't wait. I picked Bama vs. UF the minute RP got dismissed from LSU.

He is completely backwards.

Vandy wins the east .

Of course I could be completely wrong! But I gota see Florida come up with some type of defense before I put them to win the East.

Time and time again Defense wins championships... (LSU had a monster defense last year!)

All im saying is this....

Defense > Offense.

Georgia has both. Florida has a monster offense but Idk where the defense is yet... If they can pick up a defense this year then no doubt Florida is your SEC and NC winners.

O and bama in the west is far fetched. Auburn or LSU takes the west.
