Did anybody else see it over the weekend?? I'm not a big movie goer, but occasionally these PG-13 movies are good to take the whole family to on a rainy weekend! ;)

The first half of the movie was great...surprisingly funny at that. BUT, it's like the writers/producers got in a hurry to finish the story up and came up with a quick and disappointing ending. A rare dud for Will Smith! :( What a waste of a refreshingly unique angle! At least we get to watch Charlize Theron, so it wasn't a complete waste! :D But, this is one you should definitely wait for to come out on video!!

yea I saw it and agree with you that it was shot out of the cannon but fell like a dud...and that BS angle w/theron being a freak too was unnecessary and in fact had no bearing on anything w/the movie

Agreed... that angle killed the entire story line! I kept waiting for Wayne and Garth to come in and do their "alternate story line" thing!! :D

Why the 3 prisoners thought they could do ANYTHING in retaliation also still gets me. Terrible, just terrible!!

I'll save my $ for Step Brothers before I go see this movie. It had stinker written all over it. Any movie that is so consistently hyped can't be great.

ya'll hit it on the head....the first half was great but then just fell off....it almost felt like the whole charlize theron character just took away from the will smith's character instead of adding to it....

I felt like I watched the 3rd or 4th re-write. They did try something different I guess, but it did not work.
