Monroe LA - MaBank (Texas) High School quarterback Kolton Browning has committed to ULM. Ranked as the No. 67 quarterback in the nation by Scout.com, Browning took an unofficial visit to the campus of ULM and committed soon after.

“This is where I want to be,” Browning told WarhawkNation.com. “I like everything about the school. The campus was top notch, the dorms were brand new, and the coaching staff here is awesome. I like the fact that it has a small town feel and the campus is laid out where you can walk to all of your classes".

Browning (6-3, 185) makes the third confirmed commitment for ULM and the first on the offensive side of the ball. As a junior, Kolton passed for more than 3,004 yards with 26 touchdowns with 939 rushing yards and 15 scores.

Browning plans to major in business and has already taken the SAT and ACT. He scored a 1285 on the SAT and a 19 on the ACT. He currently has a 3.1 GPA.

I was going to say that a 1285 SAT is pretty good, but that has to be on the scale out of 2400 if his ACT is a 19... :laugh:
