USC tops spring SEC academic honor roll

South Carolina led the Southeastern Conference with 105 student-athletes on the spring academic honor roll, the school announced Wednesday.
The SEC as a whole placed 940 on the spring honor roll. Georgia was No. 2, with 96 making the list.
USC women's track and field had a department-high 23 student-athletes on the list.
