First the Ohio Bobcats lost their head coach to Bryant University last week, a school looking to make the transition to Division I basketball. Now they have odecided to stay local for their new coach and Fox Sports reports that John Groce, Thad Matta's right-hand man at Ohio State, has accepted the offer at Ohio.

First off, losing your coach to a team just joining Division I is kinda sad. But it seems they made a good hire in stealing the local powerhouse's top assistant.
