I'm talking with a guy from Craigslist about two Ut and two central Michigan tickets. Is anyone awrae of any ticket scams coming off of Craigslist? And when do the seson tickets get sent out to the fans?

Real UGA football tickets are printed with a silver G that's a hologram. No hologram means fake. The tickets usually go out in August.

I don't know about UGA tickets, but all of UF's games are pretty much sold out, and the tickets have been delivered. Craig's List is usually a pretty reliable resource... how much is he gonna pay you to take them off his hands?

If anyone cares, Arizona State will sell season tickets to Dogs fans now for $99. The season tickets include the Dogs' game. You are free to sell the rest.

I found a set of season tickets for UF under my windsheild wiper when I left the mall. I think they were giving them away with every Big Mac sold.

Honestly I'm looking at $75 a piece for the tickets. (Central Mich and maybe UT) I'm sure they suck but they are in the stadium. It will be the first time in like 14 years that I will miss the WLOCP this year.

Central Michigan will not get their tickets until mid July from Georgia if he bought them from Central Michigan athletics. You might try their site to see if they have any left.

He's charging the same price for CMU tickets as UT tickets? He must not know anything about football. Sounds like a wannabe agent. I'd give that for UT, but not CMU. I'd take a look at some other sites to see what I could find for that game. You could probably get them cheaper than that at the stadium on gameday from a scalper.

There's never a shortage of ticket scalpers hanging around near the college station exit ramp and east campus on gameday. If anything, you can get a CMU ticket that way. Price goes down after kickoff, too.

As far as UT tickets go, just start looking on eBay. I trust that much more than craigslist.

Craigslist is a good place to find local tickets, but there is no feedback or rep to let you know if you're dealing with a fraud. I sold tickets on craigslist last year. One of the guys I sold to was a cop. He got my driver's licence number in case they were fakes or reprints. I suggest that you do the same.

The original guy I was buying from was on Craigslist.
