Georgia fans on Alabama

I'd like to ask my fellow Georgia fans not to get to hard on Alabama b/c of all the stupid posts recently that have been coming from one guy. There are a bunch of reasonable Bama fans on this site, and I'd hate to see an all Georgia against all Alabama thing result as fallout.

We have a lot of good discussions that will turn into mud throwing contests, and if that happens it will make this board not worth coming to anymore. I'm not citing anyone in particular for making unfair Alabama generalizations, only asking you to watch yourself. I know that it's easy to do when you're agitated, even if you don't mean it that way.

That's not to say that you can't poke fun at someone from time to time, but let's keep it reasonable.

I know I don't speak for Georgia fans (only myself), but please, for the sake of having a decent discussion from time to time, keep your responses aimed at the source.

True. After all, we are only observers. The players are the ones who face the games every week. What we say here has nothing to do with what goes on on the field. Good sportsmanship should extend to the fans, and on this board it usually does. We like it that way.

I think the Bama fans who have been on here for a while know they don't have to worry about Dogs' fans but this was still well said Jess:thumpsup:
