DJ's Back In Camp-Everything Seems OK

DJ is back at the Bird's mini-camp and seems to be all healed. Shockley, who spent all last season on injured reserve after tearing the ACL in his left knee, participated in all drills and looked active and fairly sharp. He did not wear any type of support brace on his knee. Let's just hope he can evade the injury bug this year. This is the best shot he's ever going to get in the pros, may he make the best of it.

I hope he's not the odd man out this year. Seems like QB's who can run well get a bad rap - and that's not a good thing to be in Atlanta right now. DJ is a leader and I hope they cut Scarrington or Redman before DJ.
