Shark Attack!

A man was killed by what is believed to have been a Great White, at Solana Beach near San Diego, CA. today. An 8 mile stretch of beach was closed as a result.It happened approximately 7:30 this morning Pacific time. The shark is thought to have been 12-17 ft. long. The man was 66 yrs. old. Such an attack is a rare occurence in Southern CA.

I saw this earlier. It said he was a tri-athlete. Sharks is just a risk you run when venturing out into those waters. It has always been a hot-bed of White sharks.
