Clayton Bennett might be sued by Howard Schultz (Starbucks owner and former Supersonics owner) for breach of contract over a good faith and best efforts clause in the sale to keep the Sonics in Seattle. Now terms like that are not measurable so I have no idea what legal leg he has to stand on, but there was no doubt that Bennett flat out lied to the public, stating that they wanted to keep the Sonics and Storm here.
