Who is gonna win the West?

I have no freakin clue who is gonna come out on top, but I like the Lakers to make a strong finish. The Hornets are still very solid nearing the end of the regular season and you always can't count out the Spurs. You've got the streaky Rockets who will prove to be inefective in the playoffs IMO. The Nuggets should be a tough team in the playoffs, and the Jazz are almost unbeatable at home. The Warriors are a young but tough team and after watching them beat the Mavs last season, there is no telling how they will play in the playoffs. Speaking of the Mavs, I thought they would be stellar with Kidd and Dirk but they still lack something special.

So who you guys got to win the west? I think we know the Celtics have the east wrapped up. The Pistons and Cavs are the only challengers, besides the young Raptors.

Do we not have any damn NBA fans?! I mean come on people is like the closest race in NBA history. You lose 2-3 games in the coming weeks and you might not even make the playoffs!!!

Spurs, they just know how to turn it on at the end of the season. I want to see the lakers and celtics in the finals though.

Really hope the Nuggets hang in there to take one of the playoff spots.

Like you said, I think they could be a strong playoff team but not really a big candidate to win the whole thing.


Tough to say overall but I think in the end the Hornets or Celtics have the best chances to come away as champs....

Still, I'd rather wait for to see the initial match-ups to get a better educated guess.
