I cringe every time I see someone do stuff on a treadmill.. I have ideas of what kind of damage that thing can do.

Yeah me too. In my defense though treadmills were involved. A LOT of treadmills....

i saw a girl wipe out last week at the gym on a treadmill. i tried not to laugh but i couldn't help it. luckily, only her pride was hurt
