I like DJ because no matter how talented he was he had to sit on the bench behind greene the majority of his carrer then when he did get a chance to start he came out and won us a SEC championship. he was also a very exiting QB to watch!

I just wish we could back up time and have a healthy Shockley for that whole season. The UF loss was really hard to watch with Teri-whatever his name is at the helm. That was a NC season if Shockley would have stayed well.

I voted DJ, because I don't think most people realized how good a QB he was. he led the SEC in passing efficiency the only season he started. And that was about the time all the "drops" started. That Florida loss in '05 was hard to watch without DJ. I think that's about the time some started to realize the drop off b/t he and Joe T.

Choosing DJ is a no brainer with Dogs' fans. Its been over two years since he played and he is still the most popular athlete in the state (this includes pro players in the ATL) .

from this decade I have to go with Pollack as my favorite player. That guy was UGA football. Tough as nails, hard hitting, and a motor that doesn't quit.

I so wanted him to do great things in the NFL. The neck injury SUCKED, if he doesn't play again I would like to see him coach at UGA.
