Not that it matters since it's wrong anyway, but the guy's not a quadriplegic. He's a paraplegic.

Not that it matters but watch the video. It states hes a quadriplegic.

On a side note,quads can have some use of their arms and/or legs but still be consider quadriplegic. I have had a friend since high school that was but could move his arms.

This just goes to show why I have so little respect for Sheriff's department deputies. They are at the very BOTTOM of the barrel of law enforcement. If you can't get accepted as a Police officer, theres a job awaiting you in the Sheriffs dept. Many of those idiots belong in jail themselves. Idiots, they're freaking idiots.
