just want to stir things and get some conversations going about Ole Miss Football cause i'm really excited about this season first time in a little while..


I was thinking the other day that we'd really be dangerous if Mico McSwain didn't flunk out he was a real freak just never got the scenario he needed..
I think he woulda really been something under HN

also, alot of recruits were saying that the coaches was telling them that we're going to do the spread next year. you guys think so? I haven't heard anything official if thats what they intend to do but we definitely have the personel to do it. but i'm sure it really is too early to go into that because they haven't had much of a chance to see what we got

Mico didn't have the smarts to pick up the playbook so he was always a huge liability when he touched the ball.

I would imagine that they run some sort of multiple offense where they use both Coach Nutt's I-formation love and Kent Austin's spread.

That's kinda what I was thinking aswell, a diverse offense is what I like to see. We also have a excellent fullback so we're good with which ever I or Spread..
we'll just see how that pans out..

Markeith Summers will have a good year where ever he plays, write that down.. I hope he stays at receivers though he was one of the bigger ones last year and got to see the field quite a bit rotating with 5 pretty darn good receivers. I heard he was the one who burnt Mouzon & caught that 76 yard bomb from Snead at that Black Shirt scrimmage or whatever it's called. anyhow haha

Cianne you probably know this, did Cornell receive a medical redshirt?

anyone know if Randall Mackey will qualify?
and if so what position do you think he'll play?

just watched Elijah Epperson's film finally.. wow this guy has all the athletic tools let's just hope he can come in and contribute

Mackey will most likely not qualify. He can go to Hargrave and come back with Reuben Randle next year though.

what's the scoop on Enrique Davis? I really haven't seen too much of him or heard for that matter.. what impact do you think he will have?

He could have a huge instant impact. But I also think any of the RBs are capable of having such an impact provided the OL follows the ways of Coach Markuson.
