he's a 27 yr old rookie, feel good story, worked through the CBL and finally got on w/the Raptors.............this guy is an athletic FREAK, just wouldnt go to school

he played against Gerald Wallace in HS, who he is a freak as well! He played HS ball in Coosa County...Alabama.

I was watching a Raptor game on TNT I think and Hubie Brown was telling this story where he got $5,000 dollars for doing signatures from some basketball card company. He was so excited about the 5K that he showed all his coaches the check with a big smile on his face. It is great to hear about success stories from people coming out of nowhere and really being able to enjoy that success unlike many of the prima donnas in sports who would scoff at $5,000.
