High Fives - A how to Guide

This thread would be better written by top dog Gator U or Devil Dawg Dan, but I think I am up there far enough where my input is valid. Consider me a High Five consultant. :laugh:

For those that are trying to up their high five count here are some suggestions along with the posters or team group that each suggestion targets.

-Post a dirty joke or a joke in general - JerryBeeds, Volimhtown, Shkk, and especially Aza

-Post something telling the board how awesome Tim Tebow is - Florida posters

-Post a topic stating that Georgia is going to win the national championship next year, go 14-0, and Mark Richt is the best coach in the nation - Georgia posters (be forwarned they are a little stingy with the high fives)

-Post a topic stating this is the year South Carolina turns it around and is a force in the East - South Carolina posters

-Post a topic stating that Kentucky basketball is god's gift to the SEC and the nation and soon Rich Brooks will have the football team in the running in the East - Pudding Time and Ukat and all Kentucky posters

-Post a topic bringing up dirt on the Tennessee program - Noah Dreams

-Post a topic stating that Saban will have the Crimson Tide back in the national championship picture and that they will win in 2009, 2011, and 2013.
-Bama posters (especially BamaPerry)

P.S. Helps to put Roll Tide at the end of this topic

-Post a topic declaring how much Les Miles sucks - BamaPerry

-Post anything having to do with LSU - LSU pride

-Post a topic congratulating LSU on the national championship as many times as possible during the next year - all LSU posters

Then there is the Gatorbait method of high fives. Post 3,000 times in three months and there is a good chance that even if you score a high five 2% of the time you will still have a decent high five count. :laugh: :joke:

He is a virtual statue he spends so much time here. I would venture to say he has another 1,500 posts in the water fountain. :laugh::laugh:

I actually did. This is true. I was trying to get to 1,000 posts and realized my count wasn't going up. I even made a thread stating the counter was broken. I then realized the water fountain did not count. Haha, I am a dork sometimes I admit.

Just to add a few suggestions to the list:

- Provide any list of statistics to an argument that can somehow be twisted into showing that the SEC is the best conference (target: all the SEC posters)

- Participate in general back-patting and good willed congratulatory threads (target: everybody)

- Act like an enormous douchebag and then come out and issue a heartfelt apology (target: everybody)

- Take an extreme stance on an issue. Everyone on that side of the debate will high five you. Don't worry about the other side, you can agree with them on something else.

- Point out the hypocrisy in somebody's post. This one always racks up high fives.

- Make the MSU fans feel better about themselves. You'll get high fived by everybody just for being such a damned nice guy.

- Reference how badly Notre Dame sucks whenever appropriate. This one is a sure-high-fiver.

- Post pics of half-naked women in babe of the day. Bamafannky doesn't get any high-fives for this, but thats just because nobody likes him.

- Debunk something said on ESPN. The people here love it when you give them ammo to use against the hated "talking heads."

- Kiss Sabo and Shk's ass. These two can make your e-life miserable. Traditionally these guys have utilized the rep system for their tag-team matches, but recently they've spilled over into the high fiving too. I'm telling you, they're like Jake and Elwood... don't f*** with 'em.

- Post in any thread that GatorBait makes. If you're falling behind on your high fives... just carry a conversation on with him for awhile. He'll high five you for each one.

- Learn to post charismatically (like me) and you will soon find yourself getting oodles of high fives. In fact recently I received rep with the attached message: "You're my new hero." It's a fact kids, I am fu**ing inspiring.
