would you be a) really excited about it, b) be irritated because you're a fan of an East team, or c) indifferent.
i would post this as a proper poll question, but i don't know how. that's tOSU education for you...
I don't mean to be patronizing to 'Dores fans, I just think it would be the coolest thing if Vandy went to a big bowl game someday.

A . . . I would love it.
I don't care about BCS bowls (unless its nc), I want Vandy to win the SEC.

A. excited. They would be an underdog, and I always root for the underdog. If they beat Tennessee to get there I would have been irritated at that game, but at bowl time what is done is done, and I would root for Vandy.

It would be awesome!
B: Irritated.
Article 1, subsection B:
Likewise on a smaller scale, Vanderbilt doesn't get any respect, nor should they. I'm glad they have a great academic program... if I wanted to watch a national team trivia competition, I might cheer for Vandy, but since that's ridiculously boring, I'll pass, and I'll continue to make jokes about how bad their football team sucks.
And Article 4:
I am a Bulldog fan first, and a football fan second. A proud resident of Bulldog Nation, a student of the University of Georgia, and I bleed Red & Black. Therefore I will pervert the Muslim adage by saying "There is no college, but Georgia." Indeed, all other colleges, in my opinion, can bow down.

It would certainly be interesting and I think the Vandy fans would probably die of shock to have such a thing happen to them. So long as it wasn't as Georgia's expense, it would be pretty exciting - otherwise I'd be a little pissed off!
Vandy couldn't go to a BCS bowl... they couldn't sell their allotment of tickets!

It would be exciting the first time around, but if they kept rolling year after year, I'd be pissed. Especially if they kept beating LSU in the SEC CG.

D) I would look out my window to see if pigs were flying
Actually I would be excited and really cheer for them. I hope that Florida would be in the BCS Title game though while they are in the Sugar ;).
For that to happen I'd have to believe Vandy went the way of Florida State and their Criminole ways.....lol. Headline would read: Vanderbilt no longer 'Elite Higher Learning Institution'.......
