did you just see what happened with one of the texas coaches, he tried to pick up a live ball on the field, and instead of texas having the recovered fumble at about mid field, arizona state got the ball back on like the 10, and scored a touchdown, pretty funny stuff. the look on that coaches face was priceless

Unfortunately, the guy never touched the ball. I guess the the replay officials didn't check to see if the ball changed direction or spin. Otherwise, they would have noticed the guy didn't touch it and wouldn't have completely botched the call. Man, I hate SEC refs.

Either way, it looked like the coach was trying to keep the ball in bounds. Momentum of the game had completely changed until Texas just scored again.

I thought that call was terrible. They first ruled possession to Texas and then they overturned it saying there was evidence that the Texas assistant touched the ball. From my perspective there was not irrefutible video evidence that coach touched the ball. Bad move on the refs in my opinion.

He definately didn't touch the ball but man that made for some great comedy.

Poor guy, I mean he shouldn't have been out there but poor guy having to deal with that for a few months maybe a year! I know I will remember him now!

I know this was a crazy play and everything and pretty stupid, but ESPN just went bazoolu on this play last night. I was at a bar last night and after the game every time I looked up they were replaying it and commenting on it. I swear I saw the play over 10 times after the game. I mean there was like 60 points scored in this game yet they focus on this play that in the end was irrelevant. If ASU would have won because of it that would have been different.
