A rep for the Liberty Bowl stated today the Miss State fans purchased over half the tickets to have another sell out that should break the old Liberty Bowl attendance record set at a time when Miss State played in it before. Their opponent only bought just a little over 10,000. Sickum Dogs. Will be pullin for ya.

i think we will...from what ive read its going to be a maroon bowl as far as the crowd goes....i live in tennessee now where state fans are very hard to come by but in my small town where i only know of ten state fans, every single one of us are going so i cant wait to see all that maroon!!!

I'm surprised UCF sold their 10,000 already...they were struggling for a bit.

We sold our max allotment of 30,000+ is less than a week. I'm glad I got my tickets on Monday, because if you waited until Thursday you probably would have been out of luck. And I still know people who are looking for tickets. I had been hoping we would get at least 40,000 sold through our school (which we could have easily done) but the Liberty Bowl ran out of tickets.

I dunno where all the remaining 20,000 tickets go...but hopefully State fans will be filling some of those seats as well.
