The tribute to Frank Broyles on tonight's ESPN Awards show was outstanding. I had not known that much about Broyles, but he is truly a giant in the lore of college football. The people of Arkansas and the Razorback fans can be very proud of this man and his efforts for the University of Arkansas. Even Jerry Jones looked good on the show tonight, and I've never been a Jerry Jones fan. Broyles iseems to be 1st class from my rather limited perspective. Congrats to all the Arkansans on a wonderful history with, and through, this man.

It's possible then that Frank has 10, 15 years left in him at the AD helm.

I've been on the edge with Broyles for years. I really appreciate that he put Arkansas on the map in so many ways. But his decision-making over the past few years has been a bit stagnant.

Which is frustrating because when you complain about that, you don't want to sound ungrateful regarding the past. But he does need to move on.

IMO, a lot of his troubles came with the whole Nolan Richardson issue. Neither participant handled that mess well at all.
