I agree totally. While he did get his season cut short and the others did better by staying healthy it would have been nice to honor his accomplishments for the terrific season he did have

Dixon probably should have gotten an invite over Chase Daniels. Brennan and Daniel's are practically a mirror image of either other.

Hate to admit it, but I like Tebow. I hope McFadden wins the heisman, but still, its hard not to like the guy.

I agree with the other comments. I'll take it a step further, and say Dixon deserved an invite more than Daniel or Brennan. He racked up huge stats against college football teams. The other two racked up stats against... well... something else.

I can't say that because we didn't get to see how he would've finished the season. He may have continued to be great; he may have had bad games, like Daniel did in his last one. Not enough information to judge. I did think it was between him and Tebow at that point; and I was definitely fine with him winning it, if he continued to shine... Oregon is my little sister's alma mater. When it was obvious UF wasn't going to be NC bound, I was rooting for Oregon to get a shot. Too bad about Dixon... he's a fine player.:thumpsup:

Dixon was definitely his team's most valuable player...but that isn't what the Heisman is for...his numbers weren't exactly "outstanding"...certainly not in the same zip code as the others.

Dixon was electrifying no doubt. Would of liked to see him in New York also, but this is McFadden's trophy. No knock on Tebow...just think McFadden should win it. Now who will actually win it? Super Tebow.
