so do any gators on here actully wear them or does this carry over from the 90's when it was popular lol?....btw I seen more seminoles,and I have seen some tennessee fans wearing them!!!!!!

I see countless people everywhere wearing them. Obviously, in Florida, where most folks can wear shorts for about 300 of the 365 days in the year, you're going to see more of them. Honestly, though, I don't think that's any more embarrassing than a bunch of redneck geeks from the state of Alabama wearing ties to football games. I know all about the tradition of it; but, the kids I see wearing them these days aren't doing it for the same reasons. All males used to show up for games in a tie back in the day. They probably wear jeans and a t-shirt to church, but a tie to a college football game.:wacko: It's kind of like putting an Escalade badge on an '83 GMC Jimmy.:happy: Imagine an Escalade grille and badge on this, and you get the picture:
