this is a rip-off of the Angry Nintendo Nerd, some guy on the internet who reviews bad old videogames while swearing profusely.

This is a "hacked" version set up as an emulator. In the original game you started with 3 lives, but once you got more than 10 (I think) it started putting a crown and letters as how many men you had. After they ran out of letters they started using symbols. I guess since this level is incredible hard they just gave you a truckload of men to start off with.
