You doubted us tonight and we rolled again.

how much longer will you underestimate...

...how long until you fully appreciate...

...the bulldogs are back, and in a big way...

... we want our shot at that team in LA...

...they had better pray that tennessee wins out...

...because they want no part of us in the SEC title bout.

GOOOOOOOOOO DAWGS! Sic 'em! Woof woof woof!

BTW: scfan, you still got that quote from me in your sig? Because we're one win away from me being dead on with that quote.

Somebody told me this tonight, and I'm not sure it's right... but they said if Tennessee were to miraculously find a way to Atlanta, and they were beat bad by LSU, that Georgia could still go to the Sugar Bowl. Because if LSU goes to the Nat'l title game, the Sugar Bowl can select who it wants from the SEC, and since Georgia will likely be ranked much higher than UT, they would be the most likely selection if LSU will not be available.

Yes. I believe the same thing happened last year. Florida and Arkansas played in the SEC Championship Game. Florida went to the NC Game and LSU got the nod over Arkansas for the Sugar Bowl.

But don't get too excited about your "bragging" rights. Nobody here in Bulldog nation cares. Georgia > South Carolina.

That's not true. Even if LSU loses in the SECCG, they'd get an at-large bid. They wouldn't drop from number one all the way out of the top 12 teams.

You're not serious???

You realize that Auburn's defense is BETTER than LSU's... especially their rush defense. People said that no way would Georgia be able to run the ball effectively against Auburn... but look, we gained 180 on the ground, Knowshon running for 101 of those.

But go ahead... keep ignoring the obvious. I guarantee you LSU hasn't... they want no part of Georgia in Atlanta.

Well, make a poll and see what the LSU fans think. Not only would they love the chance to beat the hell out of you guys while ordering their rings, but I'm sure they'd feel pretty confident against the run. Groves is Auburn's best DL, and he played LB at times, yesterday.

I don't see Dorsey doing that. Go ahead. Go make your poll. I bet most LSU fans think they can stop Moreno.

How is anything I'm saying crazy? That Auburn team held YOUR exalted offense and superman Tebow to 17 points in your own house. The most points to be scored against Auburn is 30, and that was in Baton Rouge. The Bulldogs just handed them their worst loss of the season, hanging 45 points on the #1 scoring defense.

Auburn's run defense isn't as good as LSU's. AU held us to 17 points, but we also don't have a RB. It's all about matchups... and I don't think UGA matches up with LSU like they did with AU. It's not just about who beat who... if that's all that mattered, we'd have beat UGA by 24, after the way we played USC. But, it doesn't work that way... Moreno won't run on LSU like he did vs. Auburn... IF they even get to play LSU. Just my opinion.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it would appear by your initial post that you started the BS talk, and asked if anyone had questions. We all have a life; but most of us don't decide we only have one when our team is losing. It seems only the Dawg fans seem to have trouble winning graciously, and offering congratulations to their opponents on a well-played game, win or lose. Aside from Bry and a few others, it's a pretty pitiful display. Some of you guys should be careful you don't injure yourselves patting yourselves on the back too much... as if any of you even had anything to do with the wins. I almost regret posting a thread congratulating you guys right after the game.

UGA FANS ALERT WE STILL HAVE TO BEAT UK AND GT. Kentucky is a good football team with a QB who is arguably the best in the country. I understand we are high off of these wins but they pretty much mean nothing if we cant keep it up and thats what we must do. As far as the cocktail party that was in the past im thrilled we won and im glad i dont have to hear it from gator fans except the ones who bring up O YES you have to win once. Get off the BAMA moto of living in the past and concentrate on the present. I havent ragged anyone about us winning, however some do. I went nuts after the Bama game but thats it. We got two left Dawgs.

Look...UK has Georgia and Tennessee as our final two games. While we may not have a chance to go to the title game thanks to a piss poor performance by South Carolina, or a great one by Florida...however you wanna look at it, we do have a little sway in the outcome of the East. And if we are so fortunate as to win out, we would be tied for 1st in a Kentucky-Tennessee-Florida-Georgia 4 way tie (provided UT beats Vandy next weekend) Craziness.

i guess it's a good thing then that what LSU fans, gator fans, Dawg fans, or the national media think have nothing to do whatsoever with how we perform on the field...

if i recall, in 2005, LSU was supposed to walk all over us...they had their rings sized and all...we didn't even deserve to be in the SECCG...someone refresh my memory---how did that one turn out?

We've got another SEC game to play before I would begin to make plans, or predictions, or talk trash. This year has been fun and makes the future look bright when you see all that youth out there making plays and names for themselves. Keep the fire going this week and lets take care of UK. Remember, we have to have help to get to the SECC. We blew our chance when UT kicked our behinds. Fortunately, we still have a chance.
