I'll be there as usual, but I refuse to make a prediction other than it will probally be a usual MSU/Bama game, close and very, very physical.

Potential for a let down game for Bama with State coming off the bye-week. Plus this game means a lot to Croom.
State's D-line is good enough to pressure Wilson, and we have all seen what happens to him if that occurs.
That said, I think Saban's coaching will allow the Tide to escape Starkville with a hard fought win.

There is a motley crew that I wish I could join. Have a great time Aza and gang. I also wish that I could watch this game on TV. Unfortunately, UT/ARK will be at the same time. May be the bar I am going to can get this game on too, but I doubt it. I think this is going to be a hard fought close game.

You must confess that Les could leave a mess and the Tigers could fall when Miles answers Mama's call.

State needs a war :box:

Bama needs speed and movement :welcome:

It's Rocky Vs. Apollo Creed.

So does the puncher win or the stick and move fighter?

Speed usually wins= Bama 28--State 21

Boy, I would really be embarrassed if we went up to Oxford and lost! And, what if La Tech comes in here this weekend and beats us? Then, the day after Thanksgiving, when we are full of Turkey (Turduckin on the Bayou), the Razorbacks decide to run wild and whip our butts in famed Death Valley. On what horrors those would be. But, I tell you breaux, there is a better chance of Croom gloom overcoming the Sabanites than of that happening. I do, however, still think you will beat The Barn at storied J-H. (Or is it Pat Dye Field now?)

Geaux, all I can say for ya is good luck. I wouldnt worry about your big rival, La Tech, but Ole Miss or Ark could bust that bubble faster than you can say "Personal Foul".

 I wasn't referring to whats going to happen between now and the end of the season, Im just worried about when Les runs to Michigan, LSU will hire Mike Shula.

When is the last time a Mississippi team of any conference beat bama two years in a row? When is the last time a Mississippi team of any conference beat bama and barn in the same year? Better check the stars cause those two questions are on the line tomorrow.

Ole Miss beat both Bama and Auburn in 2003.

Ole Miss has never beaten Alabama in consecutive years.
Mississippi State has beaten Alabama in consecutive years four times, last from 1996-1998. Bama still holds a 71-17-3 all time record however.

MSu beat Bama in 97 and 98 to answer your first question.

2000 was the last time a Mississippi team beat Bama and Barn in the same year. MSU 17 Auburn 10 , MSU 29 Bama 7.

When you have a good QB and a good coach you can dream of the stars, but, when you have neither, it's just another overcast day. Now where did I put my flashlight? :brick:

Reality is settling in on the banks of the Black Warrior River. There is little happiness in Loosalotska.
