Former LSU basketball star Shaquille O'Neal has reportedly sold his Star Island estate in Miami for between $25 million to $27 million. Reports in the New York Post and the Daily Business Review say the buyer is baseball star Alex Rodriguez. O'Neal paid $18.8 million for the 19,440-square-foot waterfront estate in September 2004. The estate had a list price of $32 million. The sale comes two months after O'Neal announced he was filing for divorce from his wife, Shaunie.
