Still a lot of ball left to be played, but I think ANY of these matchups would be intriguing. If LSU wins the West, I would love to see another LSU/Florida matchup because I feel they are the two best teams in the conference right now. I'd also love to see a team like SC or Kentucky rebound after their losses and make it to Atlanta since neither team is one of the "big dogs" like UGA, UF, or UT. It would be a great step for both of their programs to make it to Atlanta, and it's very realistic. And of course, as a Bama fan, I'd love to see the Tide make it and maybe get a rematch with the Dawgs, but I'm still taking things one game at a time. November 3rd can't get here soon enough.

Truth be told, though, we all root for teams that are all a part of the best conference in college football, and any matchup would be awesome to watch.

Look at the math....they still have a chance. So they are contenders. i din't say they control their destiny. It would take Tenn and South Carolina another lose to do it. and us winning out, But still possible.

I didnt even make the thread so you arent pointing out anything about me..all you're doing is whining like a little girl with a skinned knee.

And for some reason if UGA did manage to play LSU in the title game Im sure it would have a very different outcome. The dawgs havent beaten a top East team yet, what makes you think they can beat the best team in the entire SEC?

And UGA should make it to Atlanta as well: Athens is a quick, easy drive up to Atl., and they should get first dibs on great tix for the game!! :thumpsup:
