With the addition of Brad Lester next week, look for AU's offense to absolutely explode against Vandy. Not to mention Cox, Kodi, and Borges having this new found confidence at the QB position.
In all seriousness here, we put up 40+ next week.

I don't think Vandy scores 20 if UF didn't then I can't see Vandy scoring that much maybe 10 at most. UF isn't bad so I don't think its going to be a blowout like everyone is predicting!

It's definitely hard to predict Muschamp. Therefore I resort to simply predicting AU football and our style of play vs. the matchups we are about to face. With that aside, face the facts:
Last year LSU scored 3 on us, while UGA dropped 37. Anything can happen, therefore anything WILL happen. WDE regardless!
lol BTW this is a prediction I made on Rivals.com 5 minutes before the AU/FL game Saturday night.
"KriegerDesHasses- Posted on 9/29/2007 - AUBURN VS. FLORIDA - I can't wait! Any quick predictions before gametime? I'm going to say AU starts extremely quick and gets up FAST! 10 or 14 - 0 in the first quarter. I hope it's AU. But the second half is going to be CLOSE! The fourth quarter is going to be one to remember for the year regardless of who wins. WARRRR EAGLLLEEE!!!"

God I love new Auburn. I really mean this ya'll... With Lester, Fannin, and Tate, we're at the top of the SEC and will beat LSU.

Pass the orange and white kool-aid please...I was with you up until the part where you had a mild psychotic episode and said you would beat LSU.

We'll be competitive with LSU, and god willing beat Arkansas and Georgia.

He must have never seen an Auburn-LSU game before in his life. Sad, because those are ALWAYS extremely close. About a 3 point game every single year. Muschamp has LSU's number.

I've seen several. My wife, sister-in-law, and father-in-law are all Auburn grads. In fact, we're going to the AU/Ole Miss game this year. With that said, you won't have the home-field refs.....err....advantage in Death Valley. Remember, you haven't won there since 1999. In my opinion LSU wins a fairly close game at home...somewhere in the 3-10 point range.

Since '99? Remember the '05 game? John Vaughn missed 19 field goals... We now have someone who hits the 50+ yarders on a consistant basis. The sad thing is, he's better as a freshman than Vaughn (AU's all time leading scorer) was as a senior. I think it's up to Brandon Cox. And if he stays poised or not. If he does some bullshit like he just did a second ago, we will lost tremendously to LSU.

Was your response really: "All I need is a time machine and I can send our current kicker back to 05 and win that game?"
Seriously though, you're right. That whole game depends on how Brandon Cox plays and I think LSU either wins close or big. Remember, as good as Cox is playing he's still a pretty stationary target for Dorsey and company. If Tubbs is worth the money you pay him he'll keep working on additional packages with Burns at QB in order to give a different look and give you guys a shot against LSU.

Quote it now, but there is no way that Auburn loses big to LSU. We have a better offense than LSU IMO. Not to mention, we play better at away stadiums. LSU/AU is ALWAYS close, regardless of how superior one team is. I agree, LSU is good... But not good enough to shut out Auburn. It will be a close game and I can't wait!

yeah..unbelievable that burns isn't already in the game today with a 35pt lead. Very likely that cox will get knocked out of the lsu game and burns needs experience.

I underestimated Auburn's defense. I thought Vandy would actually put up a point today.
