That Beast! Props to Georgia for a game well played.. Overtime took 2 minutes but the game will echo the SEC. I know now who got served but I got to say as I mentioned before I ranked Georgia higher then Ark and this here was the test. We all win. Alabama learns that they still have work to do and hopefully Georgia learned that while Alabama may of lost we put up one h3LL of a fight. Either case. My props go completely to Knowshon Moreno! And just keep in mind Georgia.. There's always next year. An Elephant never forgets...

Roll Tide.

When Lumpkin is back UGA will be unstoppable at RB. With Brown, Moreno, and Lumpkin UGA might the second best backfield in the SEC.

Moreno is a great RB. You Georgia fans should be excited about him.

Yeah looks like UGA will be the new Running Back U.
Taking the title from Auburn of course...

Alabama's defense makes every RB look like a heisman trophy candidate. And this offense is hanging them out to dry when they fail to play ball control. There is definitely no depth on defense and it can't be overcome.

i think for the most part we did pretty well containing moreno and brown. we held them each for 74 yds, not that bad, not that good. we really missed Mustin in the middle for this game. Congrats to Georgia for exploiting our weakness to the screen. everyother team we face will try to expose this, i hope we get it corrected.

Agreed. I think Moreno was definately effective and a good RB, but we didn't exactly fold. We held the team to 4 yards per rush. With Mustin we'd have done better. I don't think our run D is a big problem in general. Our lack of depth is a problem period, and our offenses lack of ability to burn clock, and generally score on the big plays doesn't give our D time to rest.

As Saban said, we played our worst half of football of the year in the 1st Half. Just stunk it up. I was surprised we were only down by a TD. Props to UGA tho, never easy to win an SEC road game. Bama was 26-24 under Shula. Learning how to win and what it requires takes a little time. We've played a lot of Freshman in attempt to build depth and hopefully that will start showing by the UTk game. I don't think depth hurt us against UGA as much as being out of position on Defense. That, and JPW not playing up to par. We should improve every game. We've faced the best 1-2 punches at RB in the SEC the past two weeks. Both good, but McFadden/Jones are easily the best.

I am very proud of the UGA OL. They were able to provide enough time for Stafford and the backs some gaps to run through. We still have issues catching the ball. :thumbsdow

Please make sure that Matt Stafford sends Wallace Gillberry flowers. Gilbery needs to just shut up and play. I am very proud of the UGA OL. They were able to provide enough time for Stafford and the backs some gaps to run through. We still have issues catching the ball. :thumbsdow

I was thinking the same thing. For years UGA has always had the big sure handed guy to go to on 3rd and 8-10 yards.

Moreno runs with such determination you'd think that his life depended on getting those last few inches. We hadn't had a back at UT that fought like that since Travis Stephens left.

Everytime I saw Moreno with the ball I cringed because I knew then...

not to mention a critical TD.... thought your "D" was going to shut him down?

Everytime the guy touched the ball they gained at least 5 yards. Did you watch the game or just look at the box score?

he gets stopped for a 2-3 yard gain but then he pushes the pile for another 1-2 yards before we bring him down.

Exactly, He has all the tools. Power, speed, and determination.
