An Auburn guy watching UGA & Bama

First, I want to say congrats to the Dawgs for a huge overtime win. They seem to have turned things around from the USC game.

Second, I want to say good game to the Bama fans. Although they lost this one, this team is showing something it hasn't in a long time. This team is now playing a full 4 quaters and beyond. This game has to go down as no doubt one of the best of the year. Both teams fought hard and should be proud. My hat's off to both the Georgia Bulldogs and the Alabama Crimson Tide. :thumpsup:

It was a tough game. It was pretty obvious from the outset to me that UGA was a much more rested team than Bama. And it doen't get any easier next week having to go to Jax to play FSU, another team that had a week off before playing us. That'll take its toll.

That's funny, I never read about nor seen anyone throwing anything at USF players. Can I get a link? David Irons got hit in the eye by a bottle thrown from the student section after last year's Iron Bowl. I know it happens everywhere but expectations are high at Bama and their fans (on more then one occasion) have shown that loosing is not taken well.
