Is it just me or is he better than flynn. If we had him in the game when flynn was doing poorly the game would have been so much more different. Flynn was missing wide open receivers and making bad throws alot. ik it was raining but it was never raining when lsu was driving.

He probably would have done better today because Flynn was obviously being bothered alot by his ankle.

Flynn really stunk it up. He was missing wide open receivers all day. Clearly he was still in pain and couldn't run. I was hoping Ryan would have relieved him in the second half.

I've got to say that Perilloux scares me for our game. If LSU continues to use him as a running threat on a few plays every drive or two, the Gators could be in some serious trouble. We haven't been great at stopping running quarterbacks, although I would love to see Spikes or Doe put a hit on a QB running out of the backfield.

Yeah i understand how his ankle was hurting, but how does that affect his eyesight? He overthrew, underthrew, and made bad plays a nice amount of times.

A high ankle sprain will effect your throwing motion

i guess not being a quarterback i wouldnt understand all that.

He never has had great accuracy. But an ankle sprain will effect your throwing. Add in the rain and Doucet being out and it equals a bad game for Flynn.
I dont know why we had him in the 4th though. We should have just put Ryan in. And I felt we went "vanilla" too early. It didnt seem like we were trying to score much in the second half, just doing well enough to win.
