Starting defensive tackle Charles Alexander (No. 91 Charles Alexander, 6'3", 294, JR) was injured in practice today and will be out for the South Carolina game. He is capably backed up by No. 99 Marlon Favorite, 6'1", 300, JR and No. 92 Drake Nevis, 6'1", 285, FR. and No. 97 Al Woods, 6'4", 316 SO.

Word is ACL. Good thing we are deepest at this position.

Man, I hate to hear that though. Hope it's not the ACL. Doesn't matter though, Holtz said Spurrier's defense and football mind will be too much for LSU.

We're losing by like 100+ now.

Alexander split time with Favorite anyway. You'll see a lot of Al Woods backing him up.

First half is over!!!!!!!----the talent difference is clearly evident---LSU is head and shoulders better---I do have one observation ( this is not based on sour grapes or the fact that we are losing to a much better team)---is it a rule on the LSU team that each player must jump up, pound their chests, shake their heads like a toy dog in the rear of a car and talk trash while commiting cheap shots ( ask Captain Munnerlyn)----I enjoy watching a great team like LSU but their street antics cheapen their efforts.

Seriously, shut the hell up. If you think LSU is the only team that does that crap then you are retarded.

nice come back---"retarded"---is such an ignorant statement---for those of you with an IQ over 70( of which you are obviously not part of), I was merely stating that the LSU program is such a superior program that they do not need to resort to antics that they saw on "MTV raps"---shut-up and let your play do your talking

Okay, go ahead and think they are the only players that do it. Players at all levels do it- high school, college, and football. If you dont know that then todays game is obviously the first football game you have ever watched.

i hate it too but everyone does it. i was watching the uga/bama game and gilberry did it while they were down 10 points. i guess i'm old school but i agree with yazzer.

Is it a requirement for you to bitch about it. Football is a physical game there are gonna be hits, some may be cheaper than others. This isnt flag football.
