Pickem Closing Dates

Sure I'm a procrastinator... but any reason that the Pick'ems are closed on Fridays? I missed the first week, but that was just due to me not thinking about the Thursday night games that week.

But this week I just put it off too long, and came today thinking it would still be open since there are no SEC games until tomorrow.

If I remember correctly, in previous years they were open through the day on Friday (unless there happened to be an SEC game earlier that Saturday that week).

What is the official closing time now? Thursdays? Or earlier?

Since I've been running the pick-ems (2005), the closing date has always been the day before the game. That goes for the NFL and the SEC pick-ems.
