This is an interesting read. The thing that struck me the most was the fact that not only do we have 21 true freshmen, redshirt freshmen, and sophomores on the two-deep depth chart, but also all of our 49 points have been scored by freshmen or sophomores. This is a very young team. The bad news is that this will probably hurt us this year. The good news is that in the next few years we'll be loaded as these youngsters get some experience. Great info WE73!! I think we as fans tend to forget that this is a young team even though it is loaded with talent. I hate to see our team struggle, but it's nice to know that the Auburn family has such high expectations for our program. If our 'diaper dandies' like Burns and Fannin pan out, we will be a serious force in the near future!

They (bama) seems to be doing a great job of recruiting in-state this year. They have a lot of 4-star players, but we have a few nice early picks as well. Perhaps someone more knowledgable about our recruiting situation can speak more on this.

I know they have signed a few supposed to be good players, I was just joking around.

By no means APT!! I have seen the Tigers win too many games when they were counted out to give up on them this year.

Seriously....

Brandon looked good in 05 because the 04 line returned mostly intact with ALL the recievers from 04...so of course he looked good and we put up better numbers. 2006 was all about him being injured. Now it's what? huh what's the excuse.... Here is the naked truth...... HE SUCKS. He misses wide open guys...throws into coverage. takes sacks..blah blah blah...

Remember UGA last year? they struggled but turned to the frosh , Stafford, and they came on late..... Hmmmm

Yeah, theres no way they could really be good, my guess is these kids were just hyped up because they signed with Bama.

BTW, few = 10 four stars and a 5 star with more to come. 12th on Scout and 7th on Rivals, but what the hell do they know right?

Awesome, I hope Saban looks like that Saturday afternoon! The hoggs may looks like this afterwards if he can keep with that look.

Thats what I meant about supposed to be. They are good in HS and should be good in College, not all good college players are 4 and 5 stars and not all 4 and 5 star players are good in college.

I live in Charleston SC. Not sure whats so bad about that, its a great city.
