LSU is not holding back anything in this game. I said before the season that VT is way overrated and while they are a Top 25 team they need to be ranked about 21-25 IMO. LSU is beating the Hell out of them right now and they don't have an answer for LSU's speed.

After seeing VT struggle against East Carolina, I knew that LSU would roll on them. 24-0 at the half, could get really sicko for the Hokies!! I dread playing LSU. I'd really rather my Cats not receive another 49-0 beatdown, like last year.

I think it is very possible that you guys run the table, but remember, you have yet to be tested really. Henig looked like he was playing for the other team and that defense was atrocious plus, VA Tech nearly lost to ECU last weekend. They are not nearly the team that some thought they were.

I agree. Va Tech has had the reverse effect people thought the tragedy would bring. They have looked lost for 2 weeks

Thats true, but look at who we play. We play some solid teams but nobody amazing. We should handidly beat Auburn, SC, Kentucky, and Alabama. Florid will probably be our toughest game, but they gave up over 30 points to Troy and I think LSU will be able to hold their offense. That leaves the SECCG, where we will probably play Florida again. And should beat them.

Point is, our defense is a defense that doesnt come around often. This is the year Pelini's defense really comes together. We have lights out speed and play as a team like no other defensive unit has shown thus far. But this year we have a great offense to back it up. I think if we had Crowton last year we would have gone undefeated. Our offense did amazing against a overrated, but still very good defense. They are only going to improve and who knows what they still have in the playbook that they havent shown.

That's all possible, but again... I don't think your offense is as good as its been made to look. Regardless, I'd be shocked if they don't come out of the SEC

Our offense will still be heads and shoulders above any offense we have had for a long time. You saw how we used Perrilloux on that pass to Doucet. We have a stable of RBs, a good oline, and great recievers. But the key is Crowton- he did what jimbo couldnt do, use them to their strengths. IMO, if jimbo called the plays for us tonight we score about 21 points.

I think I pretty much agree with you on most of that. I think Florida has the best chance out of anyone to beat you and that is a very, very slim chance unless Florida's defense can make some serious improvements before then. I think LSU is by far the best team in the SEC and should go undefeated unless they have an off game against Florida/Alabama/Arkansas/SEC Champ. Game. I think they can live off of their pure level of talent and margin ahead of everyone else to pull through any bad games against other teams they might have.

Florida would have to play a perfect game to beat yall. Im keeping my hopes up.

Great showing, LSU fans! I thought VT was overrated, and they are; but your team looked strong, for sure. The game at y'all's house should be a good one. Oh, and for the uninformed... Troy gave F$U all they could handle last year, and put up 26 in a 46-26 loss to Arky last week; so they're no pushover, and we still beat them by 4 TD's. I'll be the first to admit, however, that our defense needs to improve prior to the LSU game... our offense will definitely score. Looking forward to it, and again, congrats on the big win.

LSU has looked awesome in its first two games. They are the real deal, I'm picking Oklahoma and LSU in the Suger bowl. You LSU guys should go ahead and scout OU to get a leg up on the NC game.

I've seen weakness at FSU, at UGA, AU, but at LSU I have seen none. The defense is the best that the conference has seen in years and the offense knows where the endzone is and how to get there. Congrats on your win.

I'm just glad that UA gets you guys at home late in the season.

If all three teams remain undfeated it will be LSU-USC. We've seen LSU-Oklahoma and USC-Oklahoma, only one more game to see.
