Man listen to how not loud that stadium is. Man compare that to a fourth down try in a SEC stadium. Guh they suck.

I see lots of empty seats on the sidelines close to the field. Just wouldnt happen at an SEC venue...Esp a ranked SEC team!

ball was tipped at the line.

Touchdown Tenn.
After the ball is tipped there is no pass interference, the defender could literally tackle the receiver and it wouldn't matter. It's a live ball I guess.

Huh I guess I can see that but that reciver took a pretty good shot. Man I swear some of these schools have the crappiest commercials.

I realize it is just the first quarter but, all the writers and coaches who voted Louisville into the Top 10 really need to be drug tested before being allowed to vote again.

Something tells me if Georgia wins this saturday we should be ranked number at least number 9 if not 8. With VT losing and Louisville is going to definatly drop we should go up a good bit.
Seppeh
09-06-2007, 08:33 PM
How will UL drop? I think they'd have to lose this game to drop. Which they aren't, at least not yet.
C_hris
09-06-2007, 08:38 PM
Na look at Texas they dropped because of a poor performance against the little school they played last week. Louisville will drop because they are letting so many points being scored on them. They will drop to prob 10 or 11 and if we win and virginia tech loses then we will go up to about 9. Then depending on how other teams do like Cal will determine how high we go up. We could possibly go up to 7 if Oklahoma loses to Miami which is very possible.

robbykelly
09-07-2007, 03:29 PM
that was not the same offense playing last night... they looked REALLY good. Much like some of you I went to MT and seeing them perform like that against a ranked team - top 10 ranked at that - was nothing short of spectacular. I can't wait for next week.
Stockstill did an interview after the 44-17 blowout last year saying that the object in these kinds of games isn't to win as much as it is to expose his players to better teams... they ruled the SBC last year (minus a sucka$$ game against Troy but it was all penalties that killed them then) and even though they had a crappy loss to FL-AL I think they still stand a chance...
GO BIG BLUE!
