Preds Sullivan has 2nd back surgery

Predators forward Steve Sullivan has undergone a second back surgery and is expected to be out of action for at least three months.
Sullivan underwent surgery on Thursday, which was about two months after he went through the first procedure. He’s been trying to correct a disc problem that is aggravating a nerve.
Sullivan has been a valuable addition the Predators since his arrival in 2004, averaging more than a point per game for the team. But he missed the last 20 games of the regular season and all the playoffs last season because of the back injury.
