And he did it without steroids - he had REAL rage.

Ordinarily, this wouldn't be a record to be proud of. However, when you consider that Bobby Cox has been managing in MLB since 1978, and has managed almost 4,000 MLB games in his career, getting tossed 132 times is not that big of a deal, especially as quick as some umpires toss 'em out.

I was watching a little of the Dodgers the other night and couldn't believe the home plate umpire tossed Garciaparra. Garciaparra was arguing a third strike call. He argued a few seconds, but as he was walking away with one of his coaches, the umpire followed him towards the dugout and tossed him out. The announcers even said that the umpire should have turned and walked the other way once Garciaparra quit arguing (instead of following Garciaparra). If an umpire hasn't tossed a player/manager during the argument, why follow him while he's walking away to continue the argument and toss him? Sometimes getting tossed is warranted, but in many cases the umpires continue the argument longer than necessary, eventually tossing the player/manager out.

I love it when the Ted chants "Bobby" "Bobby" right after an ejection.:laugh: I got tickets to tomorrow nights game. I can't wait to boo barriods. I even made a Hank Aaron sign that I'm bringing with me:thumpsup:
