We start out with Memphis. This series has developed into a "rivalry" as of late. I put that in quotes b/c having this game called a rivalry is kinda embarrasing. These games have been closer than I would like to admit, but exciting nonetheless. I believe we will return the world of Ole Miss football back to its former glory and start the season off with a 35-7 Victory

It has been a tough three years. I hope you are right. memphis high always starts the season fired up. Not the best time to play them. Once they have lost a few they seem to lay down early in the game. Coach O has done everything he said he would do except win games. I knew it would take this long with the condition of the program when he came but it is time for him to show something now.

At least if we get 3 again, we should see a new Coach in Starkvegas and hopefully begin a turnaround, A New AD will probably make things interesting, Good Luck... guys.. Good luck against Memphis. I think you guys can take them. Bama starts off with Western Carolina. I hope we can manage to put the game away fairly early so that we can get the scrubs in for some valuable playing time. Last year, against the "cupcakes", we always kept it close so the starters had to stay in the ballgame for nearly all four quarters :brick:

I don't think we will have much problem with four. I posted the Arkansas game as a win only because it is at home. I don't have a clue about Vandy. I don't expect to lose to them, but I can't count on winning either.

I can't wait until this season! I haven't been this hyped in a while. The Texas/OSU matchup was great, but this year has so many great ooc matchups, pitting bigs against bigs.

The first three weeks of September cannot get here fast enough...

Hey Pike, That sports illustrated article you quoted there has me and my wife in it. We got engaged in the grove that day. There is a picture of us at the top and even a paragraph talking about us. Pretty Damn neat if you ask me!

Not sure you would be very good on the road, Memphis will be a tough start for ya, just because it is Memphis /OM. I would say 4 Wins for you this year, then you get Snead... Mizzou will be your upset special this year.
