I have to think it will. Putting more time into the football program will surely get us some more big players. Im still glad he handed off the Offensive play calling to Bobo. That in itself was a huge step in his career.

He had to do this. Look at the time and effort the other head coaches put into recruiting. I think it hurt us some last year even though we had a good haul. We missed out on some close battles unlike years past.

I loved his reasons for not doing it. He didn't want to show preferential treatment to anyone. In todays game, you got to get in the trenches and fight. He's doing it now and its paying dividends. Look at our class so far.

Makes you wonder if this was the real reason for him giving play calling duties to Bobo. So he could focus on recruiting. Either way, it looks like it might work out.

I think he realized that he had to defer some of his responsibilities. That's what good leaders do. Reducing his commitments and other things allows him to have more time for other important functions.
