No offense, PSU fan, but I think the Penn State uniforms are ugly as sin. I know there is tradition there, but they are so plain. Our uniforms aren't the greatest, but IMO, you won't see a change for the same reason.

Completely disagree about PSU. I love their uniforms because they are so plain and simple. I like that about their uniform.

I agree with most of SI's picks except for ND. I like their green uniform. On a personal note, I don't like any uniform that has the team name on the front. For example see: OU, Texas, Auburn, etc.

In all fairness to Oregon, they are Nike's "test team".

That doesn't excuse the awful colors, but they try out all the new stuff first.

Well Michigan's uni style is of the new Nike format, their blue is darker and the numbers are different but the Delaware uniforms look cheap and cheesey.

The fact that a UT fan (ugliest uniform in the SEC by far and should have made the SI list) is posting an Alabama uniform (enclosed photo isn't even of the official jersey) for ugliest uniform nomination is truly laughable so :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: back atchya!

I completely disagree. I think Green and Navy Blue look good with gold (can't believe I am sitting here arguing fashion on a football board :laugh: ). Personally, I am not a big fan of black in any uniform.

Another few uniforms I can stand would be: Kentucky's all blue is horrible; South Carolina's uniforms with that black; Texas because the burnt orange is worse then any other orange and they have the name on the front; Texas Tech with the black; and Pitt because they did pick the ugliest gold ever along with the maybe the worst logo in the history of logos.

Besides ours, I have to say my favorite uniforms are UVA's, even though it has some orange. Can't help it, I just think they look good. I also like all the more simple ones, like PSU, USC, and Ohio St. (especially when they put all those pot leaves on them).

I don't really like the name of the school on the front of the jersey, however the one exception is the garnet S. Carolina jerseys. I kind of like those.

Besides the Oregons of the world. I have to say my least favorite uniform is Clemson's. Whoever decided on combining orange and purple should be shot.

That polyester-colored orange is horendous. Look at the Buccaneers of the 80's. Yeah, they might have changed it to pewter-colored helmets and pants, but it was a drastic improvement over that marmalade nonsense. Now this is a uni......

Maybe, I don't remember. Although someone did post a kick-a$$ thread a long time ago with all of the major SEC football uniform changes over the years. Alabama was one of the teams that had changed the least. We had white helmets at one time, but its been mainly crimson hats and jerseys.

Bama is Nike also. I'm not sure what the big deal is about them getting ahold of Bama's uni, the only change that was made was a small swoosh icon in the front shoulder, same as PSU's.

Speaking of Nike...Va Tech's uniforms were horrific last year. The stripe over one arm looked ridiculous, like a giant neon bandage.
