First softball superregional ever!!! Looks like after the baseball game against UGA, I would have learned not to give up any team for dead. :laugh:

Yes, congrats to the Lady Yardbirds!! They had to play - and beat - #20 Oregon twice today to advance, and they did it with 2-0 & 4-3 victories. Next up in the Super Regionals will be the Big 10's Northwestern.....

Actually, beating #15 NC State twice and #20 Oregon twice, is pretty impressive. Wonder what will happen against #2 Northwestern......

BTW, how does the hosting work in softball. NC State was #15 and we hosted. I remember a few years back, UCLA was #1 and we hosted them. Are you telling me we have one of the premier softball facilities in the nation?
