Another poster started a thread asking "who's your favorite Gator"...got to thinking about Humphrey. 4 years ago, I was at a game in the O'Connell Center vs UGA...the score was tied and the time was ticking down...freshman guard Lee Humphrey is put in the game by Donovan...the Gators passed the ball around as the seconds ticked down....Humphrey was open on the outside and got the ball...draining a "3" as time expired...and you just think he looks "young" now...he looked 11 years old then. Congrats to Lee...Academic All-American and great Gator.

Also, check out Lee's stats...talk about consistent...

Last year, made 113 three pointers off of 246 attempts.

Lee Humprhey will always be remembered as one of the instrumental players on one of the best teams to ever play the college game. He may not have been the flashiest, but boy when we needed the buckets in the clutch he always came through. Best of luck to Lee in his post-Gator career, you're a hero for all of GatorNation and it was a pleasure watching you over the years!

I remember when he was a freshman or sophomore and he drained an 18 footer from almost behind the backboard in Atlanta. I cant remember the team they were playing but I believe it was 2004 or 2005.

It doesn't get any prettier than when he gets nothing but string music on a long three-pointer.
