I don't get it. Leak already graduated. I guess it would have been funny during the season if Meyer had replaced Leak with Tebow as the starter. But, GH has already used that picture numerous times with Bowden, Tressel, and Fulmer in the mirror.

Too funny all around.

I do think it'll be interesting to see how CUM does with a QB he has to bring along himself. At each of his stops thus far, he's inherited a top flight NFL-caliber quarterback who was entering their Junior year.

At Bowling Green, he had Omar Jacobs who was as good or better than Ben Roethlisberger in terms of effectivenes in the MAC; a great dual-threat QB. Then, when he jumped to Utah he had a guy named Alex Smith waiting for him who was light years better than any QB in that conference & probably better than most QBs in all of divison I. He left both programs when those QBs graduated &/or got drafted (Omar to Pittsburgh as 2nd day pick, Smith was 1st overall pick to SF if I remember right) so up to this point, Urban Meyer hasn't had to deal with the inevitable mistakes and inconsistency that come from the inexperience of a sub-Junior quarterback. Knowing how much Urb loves seeing mistakes (sarcasm), it's going to be interesting to me to see how he handles them when he doesn't have an experienced option to turn to.

Are all of Urb's options at QB this year sophmore and freshman? Without going to look it up, UF has Tebow, Cameron Newton, John Brantley and...well that's all I can list without looking it up. Am I drawing a blank on someone else Florida has? Feel like I'm missing someone.....

Sure seems we would both have ample ammunition to start one. The Buckeys with LLLLLLLLLLoyd and Co. and the Gators with Phillipapotumus and crew,we could start a plethora of volumes.

That's one way of looking at it...another is Meyer has come into 3 situations...with QBs that had great "potential" but otherwise had failed to produce...(btw, Alex Smith, like Tebow, was a sophomore...he left a year early) Meyer turned them all into winners...the last two becoming the Top Draft Choice and the other a National Champion...all within a two year period. Pretty amazing to say the least...what's "scary" about this is, Tebow is the "first" QB that Meyer has had the chance to recruit and coach from day one...

LOL, it's so good to see Tennessee and Florida going at it in the Trash Talk Forum. I'm getting tired of seeing those damned Alabama and Auburn fans going at it about that same old stuff. Nice to see some fresh trash on here, good job Vols and Gators!

Right on the heels of posted pictures of Tebow posing with lots of girl friends, accompanied by statements inferring it. Don't backtrack, now. It was clear your response referred to the previous posts.
