Both of them only played, what two years?!

I hate lists like this because it's pointless to argue as anybody you throw in there is only argumentative at best. That said, to have 5 Buckeyes on that list is just a little self-serving don't you think?? Of course it really depends on where your values are, but Tommy Frazier as the best QB ever???? WOW.... he was a good QB on arguably the best college team ever, but I'd have a hard time justifying him in my top 10 QBs much lest the best ever.
It's far from a stretch to suggest that the author of that list is a Big 10(11) fan and hasn't seen much football outside that realm!!

I agree whole-heartedly. I didn't even want to post a response because it would take a very long time to shoot down most of those players. Tommy Frazier, especially. He wouldn't get on my list of 50 best QB's. How can a guy who can't throw the ball be the best QB? He was the first RB option on his team. They didn't have a QB. I know it sounds like I'm being a homer, but Danny Wuerffel was the best college QB I ever saw play. He beat Manning head-to-head every year they played each other. Best RB is a joke, too. Walker, Jackson, Smith, and at least 3 USC RB's would be ahead of the 2 listed. I'd leave Sanders in the Top 5. I can't go through the entire list. It's pretty pathetic.

Frazier, was severely underated, but he may be a on all 90's decade CFBP list, but he doesn't deserve to be on this list IMO. Frazier in the NFL combine consistently threw passes 70 yards in distance, but I guess he wasn't that accurate with football and thats why I guess he didn't catch on in the NFL.

This is the whole idea, Post your own list. Sorry I didn't include more SEC players in this. This is just my opinion. If you have a better list than post it. There is nothing wrong with having TF as my choice at quarterback. Hell, he played in 3 NC games. Danny Wueffel is a good choice and so would Manning, Staubach, Marino, etc.. Point is that I am just starting a thread to see what players you would pick to be on your all time squad.
BTW Seppeh, Jim Brown laughable? He would have been the greatest RB ever if he wouldn't of retired early from the pros. I take it as you have never seen film of him. Yeah HW was a great back, but there are about 5 or 6 that you could consider greatest of all time like Brown, Walker, Sayers, White, Griffin, Simpson, etc.... Yeah my list might have a few Big 10 players on it but all are legitimate candiates. I bet if you posted a list it would be just as bias including more SEC players than anything.

Your forgetting they Buckeyes put a "The" in front of Ohio State, so nothing else matters to them than Buckeye football
I just notice something he left out Archie Griffin. He probably would be ban from the Horse Shoe if some other tOSU fans were to see this

I agree on the QB and RB positions. Danny Waurfell (spelling) was a great college QB. Maybe not best of all time, but much better than Frazier. There are only 2 players from the SEC on the list...how is that possible.
Also at RB, anything other than Walker, Jackson, or O.J. is just flat out wrong.

It doesn't matter; Rich Brooks will beat them all.

Ive seen other "nonbiased" opinions of an all time team and MANY list Tommy Frazier as their greatest, I really cant remember him playing, certainly know the history but just based on this being a consensus among historians I wouldnt dismiss it as poppycock and we all know that while Wuerfel (sp) was a great qb we also know he was a part of the spurrier system that was great in its day
Jim Brown was nothing short of incredible as a RB, even in just two years at Syracuse, Ive seen film and if you havent as a fan look for it, you deserve to see that kind of greatness
Jim Thorpe, while ancient to us, should be mentioned and being a bammer, I gots to include Dwight Stephenson at center and Lee Roy Jordan at Linebacker if not also Cornelius Bennett
