The guy is a freak, I wouldn't say he's the number 1 receiver though simply because A.J. Greene is more impressive, but he is definitely 5-star caliber.

Sadly I don't think we have much of a shot, luckily we have a rivals 100 and rivals 250 WR on lockdown. Word on the street is USCal is going through the early stages of meeting with him/working out camp dates, so it should be an interesting recruiting battle for all involved.
