I'll have to see this rotation in the first month of the season to see if we have any chance at all. We need Smoltz to have gas left in the tank and Hudson to turn it all around. Without those two we finish second to a solid all around Philadelphia team or the lights out offense of the Mets (who have pitching problems of their own)

I understand Hampton is still having issues with his left oblique. Hopefully he and Hudson provide some help for Smoltz that he hasn't gotten the last 2 years since rejoining the rotation. Chuck James should have a solid if not outstanding year, and it looks like both Kyle Davies and Lance Cormier have pitched well. Throw Mark Redman into the mix, as well.
I think the setup and closer's roles should be solid this year with Rafael Soriano, Mike Gonzalez, and Bob Wickman.
With Adam LaRoche gone, Scott Thorman & Craig Wilson is going to have to step up, and Langerhans and Kelly Johnson as well. The offense will rely on Andruw Jones, Jeff Francoeur and Brian McCann. And if Chipper can meet his goal of playing in 150 games, I think the Braves can win the division. The Mets will be the favorite once again, and I agree their pitching is awful...
