This should be an interesting matchup. Georgetown, which has become one of the media favorites in this tournament, is a power team that likes to bang it inside with Hibbert and Co. Vandy, on the other hand, is a team that scores the bulk of its points from behind the arc.

So the question is: Will Georgetown dominate this game because Vandy won't be able to contend with the Hoyas on the boards (unless Ted Skuchas miraculously turns into Kevin McHale)? Or will Vandy exploit Georgetown's inability to cover four guys around the perimiter and pull the upset?

Obviously, Georgetown is a clear favorite, but what kind of shot does Vandy have in this one?

I think it will be close either way. Although I have Georgetown in brackets, I'm rooting for the SEC big time here. Go Dores!

Same here. I've got G'Town in my finals, but with that said.......Go Vandy!

As another person that has G'Town going deep in this tourney, I must say that Vandy scares me much more than Wazzou. I think GTown would have dispatched Wazzou with ease, but I'm not so sure about Vandy.

no knock against vandy here, but i need gtown to win. I'm in a winner-take-all pool, and im sitting in 2nd right now needing every other point i can get :)

I've got Georgetown also, but now that my bracket has fallen apart (Thank you Kevin Durant and Notre Dame), I no longer care about it.

Besides, it's my last year at Vandy, so I certainly could care less about bracket pools. I'm just gonna pray for some hot shooting.

Georgetown will take this one. I don't have any money on this or anything, so I will be the biggest temporary 'Dore fan this Friday. How big would this be for Vandy to be a part of the elite 8? SEC for the win!

Vandy has been surprising all year. I hope this will be one more and that the Dores take the next step. They are definitely exciting to watch!

I have Vandy beating G'town in my pool. It was one of my many upset picks. Besides I can't root against SEC.

If Vandy can get past that strong gtown D and hit a few threes.... Vandy can win. If not. Gtown runs away with it.
