5-star and #2 ranked power forward, Patrick Patterson was in Gainesville today to watch the Gators spank Kentucky. He's one of the few players still uncommitted, and it has been speculated that he wanted to see this game to get a better idea of who he wanted to play for. He's been heavily recruited by Donovan, who established an early relationship with him around the time of the opening of the movie, "We Are Marshall". Donovan used to coach at Marshall, and Patterson is from West Virginia. Florida already has two 5* guys and two 4* guys. They have the #3 point guard in the nation, the #6 and #19 small forwards, and the #12 power forward. Landing Patterson could conceivably give UF the best recruiting class in basketball.:thumpsup:
